Jennifer Brazer is the Founder and CEO of Complete Controller who is a big proponent of financial literacy. Also known as the #QueenofCAS, she has launched one of the first virtual CAS departments in 2007 with one central theme: “Efficient Business Practices. Simple is better. Ideas that are simple for the customer to understand, the staff to execute, and the shareholders to embrace are those that will ultimately result in success.”

Complete Controller is the turnkey Client Accounting Service (CAS) department dedicated to people who are in the world of business and accounting who wish to take things in a completely virtual environment. It’s a company that’s been running since 2005 and has been recognized as one of the first entirely cloud-based accounting services in the US. 

Being an Empowerment Nerd, Jennifer has served on multiple women’s empowerment and advisory boards and enjoys mentoring others so they’re able to achieve the success they’ve always dreamed of. She does this by implementing her belief that a foundation of success is built upon one important tenet - you have to give it away to keep it. 

Jennifer has recently released her book - From Cubicle to Cloud: How to Start and Scale a Virtual Professional Service Business, an essential guide for anyone who wants to create a cloud-based professional service business that she wrote based on her experience launching and running her company, Complete Controller.
