Episode 36: Do you feel like an expert? Many of us are experts but we don't really feel like one. This is where Imposter syndrome shows up. Dr. Asbury has a PhD which quite literally makes her an expert in program evaluation but even she has struggled with Imposter syndrome. In this episode Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Asbury have a frank and honest conversation about how this shows up and how to address it when it does. They talk about how part of being an expert means acknowledging when you need someone else's expertise to help you shine. Dr. Asbury is able to help non-profits and small businesses demonstrate their impact using non-traditional metrics. This helps them secure additional funding for their programs as well as discover opportunities for improvement. Join us at the table and please share your thoughts as well.
