EP 62: Amy Lovell’s Recovery Story

Amy is a star being who has had many incarnations on this planet and others. Her divine mission for this lifetime is to assist the healing of humanity by lifting us into our highest expressions of Joy, Love and Bliss. She does this through healing from her own personal wounding and leading by example. Like all star beings tasked with this mission, the journey has not been an easy one so far.

Releasing herself from the chains of depression, alcoholism, and other addictive behaviours, were the first of many steps toward becoming the free, sovereign being who posts on the sober app today.

She is aware of one thing for certain, and that is that “alcohol dulls her fucking shine,” so she is committed to living a more beautiful life without it.
