Life was going great for Lydia Knorr - she was happily married, had three beautiful children, and a successful career. Then, while on a business trip, her husband suddenly passed away. Lydia’s life was completely changed overnight.
After her husband's death, she began reading, meditating, and spending time in nature. Through this she realized her life was meant for a bigger purpose.
Alongside being a health & wellness coach, Lydia began adding “inner peace” to her message she was spreading.
