Sharing your message can be scary but this moment of vulnerability can really help you connect with your ideal clients. They are struggling with similar problems and are looking for what you can help them with. Staying authentic to who you are and how you want to help others is another important part of connecting.
While the message is important, it is also the energy you bring with it. Recognizing when you need to boost your energy by listening to you pump up music, doing your affirmations, or dancing your energy up will help you be able to show up as your best self so you can serve your clients.
