Gift of Leadership

Today's Discussion:  Today we talk about the importance of everyone to understand that they are leaders, born a leader.  The myth that has been told to many, that there are some called to be leaders, and the rest of us, are not called to be greater leaders.  This information is untrue, in fact, everyone has the gift of being a leader - a great leader in their expertise in their identified gifting to lead unapologetically in confidence.  

Leadership has several definitions, but one of three is mostly used.  

Leadership:

the state or position of being a leader.

"the leadership of the party"
