Olivia Arezzolo is Australia's number one sleep expert who has been featured on BBC Radio, Forbes and The Today Show.

Olivia blew us away. It was incredibly eye opening to learn why we should be prioritising sleep almost more than our nutrition and exercise.
We got to pick Olivia's brain about many areas of what happens in those important hours each night that many of us neglect.
We talked about REM Sleep, what it is and how crucial it is for our recovery, memory consolidation and fatigue if we wake during it.
We determined which type of sleeper we were based on our sleep cycle profile which was really interesting in helping get the most productivity out of our day.
