BONUS // What I Learned in Therapy Today: Separating My Identity From My Values

Hi friends! This is a short little bonus episode on what I learned today in my therapy session. Many times when struggling with perfectionism we tend to put our identity in the wrong things. Our identity needs to be in God and God alone! We can value things without it being our whole identity. I hope this helps you as much as it helped me.
