The Suicide Prevention Movement
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
During our long and important journey called life, something bad happened. But it didn't happen this year. And it didn't happen in this life. It happened in your mama's life, your grandmama's life. These are things that we don't usually talk about. Sometimes we don't even know about them, yet they impact us throughout our lives. What if we could heal the hurts that were not ours? What if we could choose to walk a path out of generational trauma?
From the San Francisco Bay Area, Antoinette Terrel is a wife and mother of two, daughter Abbigayle and son Nikolas. She had a successful career in administration and owned several successful businesses but pursued her purpose and passion by helping people improve their quality of life.
Today she is a Certified Wellness Coach, mentor, and health advocate who believes in toxic-free living. She shares her story of abuse and addiction with the hopes of helping others. As a perpetual learner, she loves books, travels the world, and does crossfit and lifts weights as her form of stress management and relief.
