The Suicide Prevention Movement
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
Zen, what an idea. Zen. I didn't understand what it meant. Not even when my dad tried to explain it. My dad was a Zen Buddhist, non practicing - that confused me. There was a lot about Zen that was very confusing to my brain growing up. And even more so in the world that I find myself navigating now. To help us navigate to where we can actually connect with Zen within, I'm excited to introduce you to Akila! Let's get this party started! I am super happy.

With the awareness, study and understanding of the chakras over the past few years, in combination with my university study of health and human performance, I have found healing and abundance in all aspects of life. As a holistic wellness practitioner, I use this tool-alongside many others-to support in healing the mind, body and soul. I have created a "Chakra Chart" for you to utilize as a guide in your healing journey.
