What are breathing points:
Where Focus Goes Energy Flows
When we focus on certain points in the body we can breathe into that point and move energy around that point.
When you use breathing points, this is good for stored energy, injuries, pain, trauma and we can use the breath to circulate the breath to help dissolve the stuck energy.
This is about moving and manipulating energy within the body.
Start by tuning in and connecting with the breath through the breath awareness technique, watching the breath, flowing in naturally with ease and grace.
Breath Awareness allows you to heighten your senses within the body, the breath will start to tell you what it needs, and where it needs to go.
Connect deep with the breath and start to move the breath around the body
