There is the right way and the wrong way of doing something...there is also my weird way.
Diets are temporary, you need a lifestyle change to keep it off. However, I need to reign it in when the wheels come off a bit too much...and it's now that time again with my COVID belly.
I personally think Autism helps to diet, it can give you the structure, so it should be leaned towards to keep you on track. So I thought I would share my weird way...but to point out something, it does work for me, and that's all I need it to do.
Here's to the next hundred days of 'being better'.
