The Suicide Prevention Movement
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
When I asked people to tell me what they thought was behind the rise in suicide rates, I got three answers: screens - everybody being together, but on different devices. That was number one. Number two was a sense of isolation. Number three, and as soon as it came out of their mouths, we knew that this was actually number one. And it was bullying. Everyone I've spoken to has a bully story. And yet, according to our next guest, there's no such thing as a bully.

~Day 2: Assessing Thoughts - We all know our thoughts lead to emotion, lead to behavior and all that routine stuff - but to actually be able to change them? This is the beginning of peace.
~Day 3: Changing Thoughts - Positive thinking or balanced thinking? Let's see which is the one for you. Maybe both.
