What can we do to get out of this funk?
- Routines rock here!
- Stay physically active
- Engage in a challenge with friends
- Socialise in ways that aren’t impacted by whether restaurants, movies, gyms, etc are open
- Cook new recipes and share it with friends
- Plan a trip with friends, no need to decide on the destination. Yet, have it planned
- Allow for upsetting feeling to be there
- Practice self care and allow yourself to feel exactly the way you do!
