Three Key Things you need to be doing as a CEO to get your business to Profit, Cash Flow, and Wealth as well as be recession-proof in 2022, according to Kirsha Campbell, our guest speaker today.

1. Be Aware of All Costs - Being aware helps you manage the changes by having systems in place.
   • Know the real numbers - labor is highest, fixed costs must be itemized
   • Track them - then you see them
   • Are income streams leading to cash?
   • Profit & Cash - Cash is King
2. Business Health - Don'ts
   • Don't put money into the business for basic expenses.
   • Don't have accounts receivables of high value.
   • Don't have enough sales coming in.
   • Don't have one client responsible for 90% of sales.
3. You'll have to listen to the last tip.
