- How many “steps” is a stationary bike ride equivalent to? Pretty miffed that 30-40 mins on the spin bike at about 140bpm HR doesn’t equate to any steps
- Do you still consume as many protein shakes as the nutrition plan advises if you’re not training daily? I feel like it’s a lot of processed protein to be consuming when my body might not need it until I hit the gym again later in the week.
- Ideas on how to ramp up my metabolism? Mine has always been a slow burn, which is ok.
