Questions from the Community
- Ideas, please!! Both my husband and I work long hours without access to a fridge or microwave, cooler bags with ice packs are great..within limits! With no designated lunch break, sometimes the meal just isn’t worth the risk by the time we get around to eating it. We take ‘snacks’ (nuts, fruit, rice cakes, protein bars etc) for on the run when we can eat, really looking for some ideas on something that will feel a little more substantial and will last the day. Would love to hear your ideas!
- Over the next two weeks where my resistance training reduces, do I stick with maintenance calories and change my macros? Like do I need so much protein when I am now only doing weights twice a week? And what should my carbs and fat intake be? My daily step count is around 10000-13000. Do I just stick to the template and go into that final 4-week, even though my activity has changed?
- Should I be worried about not losing weight on tone and shape? Only lost 1.5kgs in 8 weeks Measurements less and strength increasing. 90% food and training compliant. Steps average 10000 daily. Iron levels up. Any advice?
- Wondering if it would be challenge approved to include a splash or two of white wine when cooking? Say making pasta sauce etc, I’m aware alcohol evaporates when cooking with it but unsure how the calories change or if they evaporate somewhat too
