Just over 5 years ago, worlds strongest woman, Rebecca Slater was involved in a serious car accident that led to her having her right arm amputated. She was given two choices. Accept what's happened, move on with her life and try to make the best of it or let it consume her and spend the rest of her life thinking what if. Rebecca decided the former as you'll soon find out.

It's not all be plain sailing though. She has had to battle hard to get where she is not only physically but mentally. Becca is super passionate about mental health and this led us to discuss how her mental health struggles have been far greater than her physical ones. She also offers some much-accepted advice for anyone out there going through a trauma. Key point: Trauma is subjective. Never think yours isn't worth mentioning.
