We answer the big questions such as "is coconut oil even good for you?", "Is canola as bad as the media sometimes portrays?" and basically come to a conclusion about the various types of cooking oils and their respective levels of fat types - so saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat.
We are not alone this week, however! We are joined by a familiar voice in Jaebien Rosario or as he's known on Instagram "sciencebyjae" previously MrCogfit. He is literally walking data and he has come equipped with a mammoth load of scientific literature to help us come to a conclusion as to if cooking oils are bad for you (especially PUFAs, omega 6 and canola oil!)
