Newton's first law of motion says, a body at rest will remain at rest and a body in motion will remain in motion unless it is acted upon by an external force.
The reason why I bring this law of motion to your attention is that I have been thinking about why is it that we think thought work in somatic work and paying attention and changing and creating epic shit is difficult. And I want to challenge that.
And so if the law of motion is correct, then Queens, the shit that's happening to us isn't just a fluke. We created where we are, and we get to create where we want to go. You see, everything that we do is what we get good at because we are the “acted upon by an external force” creating the results. With each thought and action, you are gluing together who you will become. Yes, what you DO you GLUE.
