Carla and Crappy Show: The Little Private School Outside Chicago Edition

It's Week 8 of the college football season, but show 9 of this here little podcast/webcast ... as if counting wasn't hard enough already. #MathIsHard

After addressing our mutual affinities for East End Brewing in Pittsburgh (Hi, Scott!) ... and shoutouts to friends who caused us to miss some really important games last weekend (Hi, Matt and Colleen and Heather and Scott!) ... and AJ's #Pac12AfterDark report (which isn't as "After Dark" or "Pac 12" as usual), we get into last weekend's upsets and this weekend's action.

Oklahoma State at Texas (12 p.m. ET, ABC): Is *this* the game that Texas finally turns the corner? Or will the Cowboys simply outscore the Longhorns (which is definitely possible).

USC at Notre Dame (7:30 p.m. ET, NBC): Some little private school outside Chicago is playing host to USC. Intrigue? Absolutely.

Michigan at Penn State (7:30 p.m. ET, ABC): Allegedly, this is the game when Michigan is going to find its offense. And, for maybe the first time ever in the history of this show, Carla plays the role of demented college football fan and Crappy plays the role of objective observer.
