This week's throwback episode brings us Emilee Brown, who has both a CrossFit and power lifting back ground. Emilee was just a freshman at Blinn when she joined us, and to hear someone so young be so motivated to remain healthy is truly inspirational.

Meet Emilee, she is 19 years old, a freshman at Blinn and is pursuing a nursing degree. Emilee’s fitness journey began with her parents. Her mom helps run a CrossFit gym in her hometown, and inspired Emilee to get into CrossFit during high school. Emilee excelled in CrossFit and in powerlifting (she was able to lift some crazy weights). Listen for an awesome story and to be personally motivated!
