In Episode 17 of The Real Food Reel we have Meg Gillmer from The Wholesome Athlete (TWA). Meg is an endurance athlete, foodie and soon-to-be Health Coach.
Meg and I first met many years ago now and my first memory is being blown away by the girl who made everything from scratch, including her own training bars and bread! At the time my repertoire consisted of a tuna salad and Meg was who inspired me to get in the kitchen, to learn and create.
