This year I got married! It was a beautiful and challenging experience as it was my first year sober. It is hard enough to be a bride, but being essentially the only sober person at my wedding added on another element of pressure.
However, I realized during my wedding that with the lifestyle and practices, there was really nothing that could shake me. In this episode I share the tools and practices that I used to get through and enjoy my amazing wedding sober and joyful. From nutrition to mindfulness, I cover it all!
