Procrastination can evoke so many different emotions or feelings, and this varies from person to person, but they include stress, shame, or guilt, anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm, inadequacy, or feeling like you’re not enough, regret, dread, and obviously avoidance of the task.

In this episode, I walk through WHY you may feel like procrastinating. I believe as we come to understand the beliefs we tell ourselves, we can better overcome the falsehoods keeping us from running a more successful business and feeling fulfilled in our personal lives.

And I ran a photography business for the last 8 years as well.
