Season 2 Ep. 18: Healing Spiral

Have you ever felt like you’ve been on a journey, and you thought you had healed, and the next thing you know, you are repeating the lessons?

This happened to me this week, and oh boy, was it a week! Freya, my beautiful cat, had a medical emergency that sent me into a traumatic experience that I thought I’d healed back in 2011. The lessons I learned this week helped me trust in myself, my guides, and the support from people around me. It also helped me discover what hope truly is, and it is such a powerful lesson.
