Læreplanpodden #8: Hvordan jobber lærerne pedagogisk i modulstrukturert opplæring?
I denne episoden hører du Jorunn Vik Dijkstra, lærer ved Kvinesdal Voksenopplæring og
Rune Endresen, avdelingsleder ved Johannes læringssenter i Stavanger, som forteller om
hvordan FOV er organisert hos dem. På sentre som er henholdsvis veldig lite og veldig stort.
De forteller hvordan lærerne jobber sammen og individuelt for å få til best mulig opplæring.
I podkasten skisseres det to metodiske grep der undervisningen differensieres gjennom modultilpassing av oppgaver, tekster og vurderingsformer og ved bruk av stasjonsundervisning.
I det tverrfaglige arbeidet på Johannes læringssenter har faglærerne faste møtepunkter slik at de kan samarbeide med tverrfaglige temaer fra læreplanen. De jobber med samme tema over flere uker i flere fag.
Rune Endresen forteller at det er behov for god og grundig kartlegging av deltakerne opp mot fleksibiliteten som ligger i nye læreplaner. Videre poengterer han viktigheten av å sørge for at deltakerne forstår konsekvensene av det løpet som blir gitt til dem.
