Hi I'm Paul, 

the founder of LIVE FULLY NOW, THE COMPLETE MAN, and YOGA ANYWHERE. These
different offerings and services, guide and support men and women, to break down barriers and past beliefs and to connects them to their true self, to live their ultimate life.
I am passionate about sharing the simple ways in which connecting your breath and body can change how you function, how you think, how you process emotions, and even how you age.

I am a big believer in bringing in total balance to get the most out of life. Everyone deserves to live fully in the present and the future.

But it didn’t start out that way. In fact, not too long ago I absolutely HATED my life.
In the early 2000's, I was travelling almost 3 hours each DAY just on transport alone, trying to juggle my corporate job and live on the coast in Sydney. Between familial obligations, There was so little time that every moment had to be packed in and optimised, I was constantly exhausted from rushing around trying to do everything.

I put so much pressure on myself...To live this picture perfect lifestyle, trying to save money and make ends meet. I didn’t know what the answer was so I just buried myself in work. Staying busy, pushing down the feelings of deep discontent, closed off from others and shut down. I put so much pressure on myself. I was numb. It felt like I was a shell of myself, stuck, angry and trapped. Then I lost a close family member of mine.

And everything changed.

As cliche as it sounds, I truly realised that life was too short.

That woke me up to the realisation...

I wasn’t living, I was just existing.

Fast-forward many personal development courses, yoga routines and relationships later and I now live life fully and love every minute of it!

You see, when you learn to ask the deeper questions and truly tune into what truly tune into what you want.

Your life dramatically shifts in.

Now I help over 400+ men to live life with purpose and pleasure!
