How much of golf would you say is mental and how much is physical?
50/50? 60/40? 20/80?
Regardless you will scarcely find someone that thinks it's all physical and no mental. So then does your practice time reflect those percentages? If you think any part of golf is mental then you should incorporate at least some mental training into your regimen, and Dr. Lindsey Blom makes a great case for that in this episode.
