Kelly Tucker is the MD and founder of HR Star - An HR consultancy on a mission to reinvent HR's lame reputation. I think it's fair to say that HR has got one... a lame reputation that is. It's often seen as the Employer-owned bulldog that gets brought in only when the proverbial hits the fan. But Kelly doesn't see HR that way - she believes that HR is there to support the very thing they're designed to, human beings.
