My guest today in Anne Bartolucci who is a phd psychologist and an expert on procrastination. We talk about why we procrastinate and tips tricks and strategies we can use to work through it. As a recovering procrastinator myself I found this to be a highly enlightening conversation.

Anne Bartolucci, Ph.D., D.B.S.M. is a licensed psychologist and a certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist. She started her professional career as the clinical director of a sleep disorders center and founded Atlanta Insomnia & Behavioral Health Services, P.C. in 2008 in order to focus specifically on behavioral treatment for sleep disorders.
