81. Check Your Parenting Vibe

What's your parenting vibe? Teenagers are all about the "vibe" these days and knowing your vibe could make meaningful connection easier. 

Just like movies have music that sets the tone for what is happening, your vibe, sets the tone in your life and relationships. Most people don't realize it, but your vibe sets the stage for the interactions you have with your teenager more than anything you say or do.

This episode will help you do a "vibe check" in 3 essential areas and make adjustments as needed. It will open your mind to the subconscious cues you are giving and receiving in your relationships.
