The WOA Music Awards are based purely on merit, quality, listener choice and other criteria, judged by a panel of industry professionals consisting of MTV EMA & VMA Award Winners & Nominees, Billboard Chart Topping Artists & Producers, Grammy Award Winners & Nominees, Our Mainstream Media Partners, and most importantly - The WOAFM99 Listeners!
