Six months ago, a brilliant female executive shared the reaction of her male leader to choosing to work with me. Finally, I am ready to share my own reaction to his words. Am I a feminist? I thought it time to tell this story and to acknowledge what a complex layered relationship so many of us have with the word feminist and the label feminine.
