Theme 5 at this COMETSA Diversity Management & Inclusion Network (DMIN) - The LEKGOTLA Way! is the opportunity for the guest speakers, guests and facilitators to collectively reflect on the LEKGOTLA, inputs generated by the speakers, respond to the questions from the members of the public that have been following the sessions virtually, share the new insights gained, the confirmations, aha moments, take homes, and the behaviours/practices as a result of the LEKGOTLA. It is the last part of the LEKGOTLA, so the goodbyes are pronounced at this segment.
