🙌 What Is Their Kūpuna Program All About?

The Kūpuna Program, known as Na Pua o Koʻolau, supports seniors aged 50 and over by promoting socialization, cultural activities, fitness, and healthy eating. Participants enjoy weekly breakfasts, virtual and in-person creative classes, fitness sessions, excursions, and more.
