This shorter indictment REPLACES the prior DC federal indictment filed against Trump in 2024, and it specifically excludes mention of any conspiracies with the DOJ or anyone from the DOJ. However, Donald Trump is still charged with four criminal counts, including conspiracy to defraud the American public.
