What if your body held a deeper intelligence to guide your choices and find your “right effort?”  In this conversation we’ll hear from Monisha Mittal who has been leading embodied experiences for finding your clarity, ease and flow for five years. We explore how to listen to your body’s wise voice, why movement is a language to accelerate deep insights, and the essential role play has for listening to your body's guidance and for your whole system's well-being.

Monisha Mittal is a Somatic Coach and Play Architect who helps others access their embodied knowing for greater clarity, presence, and flow. After 20 years as an organizational consultant, she followed a whisper in her heart, awakening to the wisdom of her body.  As a certified InterPlay Leader, this two-time Ivy League graduate learned her largest intelligence was not in her brain, but in her body. In 2024, she founded the Center for Somatic Leadership and Communication where she offers coaching and classes to help individuals and communities tap their somatic intelligence and find greater vitality and expression in the world. She is currently writing about how to listen to your Body's voice in You Move for Your Own Joy: The Promise in Your Physicality.
