Neste episódio de A Cozinha Portuguesa da Rosa, Rosa ensina a preparar os Bolinhos de Bacalhau, tradicionais fritos de bacalhau portugueses. Estes bolinhos dourados e crocantes são feitos com bacalhau desalgado, farinha, ovos e um toque de salsa e cebola, criando um snack delicioso e salgado, perfeito para qualquer ocasião. Rosa orienta cada passo, desde a mistura da massa até à fritura dos bolinhos, tornando fácil preparar este clássico da cozinha portuguesa em sua casa!

 

Ingredientes:

200 gramas de farinha

2 ovos

200 ml de água fria

600 gramas de bacalhau (em pedaços)

2 colheres de sopa de azeite

2 colheres de sopa de salsa picada

2 colheres de sopa de cebola picada

Sal e pimenta a gosto

 

Preparação: 

Numa tigela, misture a farinha, o sal e a pimenta. Abra uma cavidade no centro e coloque os ovos inteiros. Adicione a salsa picada, a cebola, a água e o azeite. Misture delicadamente com uma colher de pau até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem incorporados. Em seguida, adicione os pedaços de bacalhau e misture novamente. Cubra a tigela com um pano de prato e deixe repousar durante cerca de uma hora. Após este tempo, aqueça o óleo numa frigideira e frite colheradas da massa até que os bolinhos fiquem dourados e crocantes. Retire os bolinhos do óleo e sirva quentes.

In this episode of Rosa's Portuguese Kitchen, Rosa teaches you how to make Bolinhos de Bacalhau, traditional Portuguese cod fritters. These golden, crispy fritters are made with salted cod, flour, eggs, and a hint of parsley and onion, creating a delicious and savory snack perfect for any occasion. Rosa walks you through the simple steps of mixing the batter and frying the fritters to perfection, making it easy for you to enjoy this classic Portuguese dish at home!

 

Ingredients:

200 grams of flour

2 eggs

200 ml of cold water

600 grams of cod fish (pieces)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

2 tablespoons of chopped onions

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Create a well in the center and crack the whole eggs into it. Add the chopped parsley, onions, water, and olive oil. Gently mix everything together with a wooden spoon until the ingredients are well combined. Once mixed, add the codfish pieces and stir again. Cover the bowl with a dishcloth and let the mixture rest for about an hour. After the resting period, heat oil in a pan and fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden and crispy. Remove the fritters from the oil and serve hot.
