Jeff Richins is a transformational coach, speaker, and mentor dedicated to helping individuals break free from limiting patterns and create lasting change. His journey of transformation was shaped by profound challenges, including a difficult childhood. Raised by a single mother with no father figure, he navigated instability from a young age. By 13, he had started smoking marijuana and drinking, quickly finding himself caught up in a life of running the streets. These early struggles led him down a path of addiction that lasted from 1989 until October 13, 2007.
Following his release from prison, Jeff committed fully to recovery, attending two AA meetings a day and immersing himself in deep inner work. The loss of his Uncle Mike became a pivotal moment in his transformation, reinforcing his dedication to change. Through this journey, he discovered the profound impact of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices—not just for addiction recovery, but for true personal transformation.
In 2022, Jeff founded HEROS Coaching and the HEROS Community Foundation, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and personal growth. His unique approach combines breathwork, body-based awareness, and nervous system regulation, helping clients cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and step into their full potential. With a 60% success rate, HEROS Coaching has already made a significant impact in transforming lives.
In addition to transformational coaching, Jeff incorporates personal training and weightlifting as powerful tools for growth. He believes that strength training is more than just physical—it builds mental toughness, discipline, and a deep connection to the body. By guiding clients through structured fitness programs, he helps them develop the confidence and resilience needed for lasting success.
Beyond personal transformation, Jeff also specializes in sales coaching, helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve their dreams. He teaches clients how to develop authentic connections, master the art of persuasion, and build the confidence necessary to succeed in business and beyond.
