In this episode, we talk about Satya// Truth. Satya is one of the yamas on the eight-limbed path of yoga as described by Patanjali. Aligning with truth/honesty/integrity requires bravery, so we support our practice with some inner fine-tuning: pranayama (breath & energy work), abhaya mudra (i am not afraid) and some deeply supportive movements.
This is what my friend Meghan calls "next-level yoga". It is slow and subtle. It is suitable for all levels of practice and if you find yourself feeling bored, anxious, mad or blissed-out, you are onto something!
