His main take away is that plants are an excellent source of nutrients and antioxidants and that eating a plant based diet rich in superfoods is a great way to help your heart and brain. Cacao is rich in phytonutrients, healthy fat, and fiber. You only need to consume a small amount to reap the rewards. It can be enjoyed simply or added to dishes to bring out an earthiness and old world style. Check out the book and give the recipes a try.
