This is a 50 minute yoga class from our live yoga classes here at Body Soul Yoga Walton on Thames. It is based on a 15 minute practice. Essentially, the 15 minute flow class can be taken slow or fast, and we do this 15 minute practice twice; first slow and then fast. we also have a pranayama practice in between the first and second sessions and then finish with a relaxation. Dedicated to my students that have asked for this lesson again.
