This week in our yoga classes, here at Body Soul Yoga, we have been moving slowly through our yoga practice. Too much heat in summer can make us fiery and aggressive. So we are being kind to ourselves this week. We start with a grounded Pawanmuktasana Series, to lubricate our joints. We than flow into some balances and a balancing sequence.
