When American lawyers graduate from law school, they attain a Juris Doctor, but none of them usually go by "Doctor" unless they get a PhD in law or some other field.  What if that other field was...Medicine?  What if the lawyer pursued that path after nearly a decade practicing international arbitration around the world?
