One of the most challenging parts of struggling with sleep is how tired, drained and even exhausted you may feel during the day. But why is that? Where does the fatigue come from? And how should one best move past it?

In this episode, we talk about how there are two types of fatigue - the physical and the emotional. You will see that emotional fatigues is best met with the answer for all suffering, a gallon of self-kindness.
