Episode 129 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about rethinking fitness and how to find the diet and exercise plan that’s best suited for you.
In this episode, you’ll meet Fit Father Eric, a 56-year-old man who’s lost over 30 pounds on the Fit Father Project!
Eric's story is a great one for many reasons. For one, I actually got to meet him in person at our very first Fit Father Retreat in Sedona.
And you may not be able to tell strictly from the video of this podcast, but he is a mountain of a man!
In fact, in his 20s, Eric wanted to be a competitive bodybuilder, and he had a lot of muscle.
He's had a long history of training, and he's just kind of built that way, but even he found his health falling by the wayside.
Through the twists and turns of life, he gained weight and his cholesterol numbers grew. So, he wanted to make a change and find a new path to health and fitness.
That’s when he found us!
He used our FF30X program to clean up his nutrition, lose weight, and completely change his life; then, he moved onto our Old School Muscle (OSM) program and found a whole new approach to strength training!
Now he's on a beautiful path of maintaining his ability to do all the fun activities he loves to do with his family and his friends and living a very vibrant life!
In this episode, you’ll learn:
