In 2019 Anya Culling ran a 4:34 marathon. A few years later, she was being selected to run for England.
Anya's improvement in the past few years has been staggering, so I wanted to learn more about her journey.
We discussed some of Anya's career highlights so far, as well as the struggles and pressure that can come with performing at the highest level.
