We feel shame as a normal human emotion but sometimes shame begins to have its own voice in our head and we start to believe its negative narrative. This can create low self-esteem, a lack of vulnerability, and we can make decisions about the negative feelings we have. I talk about how we get to this place and my top tips for how to get out of it and love the body you are in. I think that in the health industry we don't always push body positivity, but we need to help people love their bodies before any change can happen.
