In this episode, I discuss how we must try to seek proper rewards. Rather than striving for specific, quantitative outcomes, it's often more beneficial to create a level of self-awareness regarding our small day-to-day choices and improvements in those choices to understand we are making progress towards a goal. That is often the best type of reward!
